If your enquiry is regarding an error in the transfers (ie wrong number of letters sent, wrong colour etc), please check your packing slip that came with the package. We keep every single piece of artwork that is used to make your transfers. (yes, every single one!), so we can check if there is a mistake. (so no fibbing!)

We do offer a live help service, where your questions can be answered virtually instantaneously, look out for the badge on the right hand side, and at the top right of the page.

Also please note, any requests to make copyrighted trademarks will be sent straight to the bin. We do not, and will not (no matter how much you beg!) make any logos, such as Nike, Reebok, Adidas without written permission from the copyright holder - its illegal!
Can you make my Business Logo Enquiries	General Enquiries
TeeTransfers make and send logos for businesses every day, however there are some rules which need to be applied. If your enquiry is somewhat related to: "i need 5 x D's in white, 4 x F's in Red, how much?" Then please use our transfer builder here to type your order out and receive a quote.

Delivery Enquiries

99% of orders are dispatched using standard 1st Class Delivery from the Royal Mail. However during peak times such as Christmas, and bank holidays, delivery times may be increased. Please ONLY contact us if your delivery has not been received within 7 working days from the date of the dispatch email. Your query may go unanswered.
