If you have not received your transfers within 7 working days after the dispatch date please contact us ASAP, where we will begin a trace on your order.
Can you make my Business Logo into a Transfer?
In most cases the answer is Yes! However, its worth reading our blog post on what business transfers we can make (link). Please contact us using the form below (or tweet/facebook message us) and we will reply requesting your logo, and be able to provide you with a quote. Its worth mentioning what the transfer is going to be ironed on to, where its going to be placed etc.
We are not permitted to make copyrighted logos. However, if you have the copyright holders permission (that can be provided to us) we would be more than happy to produce your logo. We are not legally allowed to make "replacement nike logo transfers" - its illegal.

We work extremely long hours to ensure we can design, make and send your iron on transfers, so replies to emails/messages "may" not be answered until all the post has been collected by our faithful Royal Mail postman.
