If your enquiry is regarding an error in the transfers (ie wrong number of letters sent, wrong colour etc), please check your packing slip that came with the package. We keep every single piece of artwork that is used to make your transfers. (yes, every single one!), so we can check if there is a mistake. (so no fibbing!)

99% of orders are dispatched using standard 1st Class Delivery from the Royal Mail. However during peak times such as Christmas, and bank holidays, delivery times may be increased. Please ONLY contact us if your delivery has not been received within 7 working days from the date of the dispatch email. Your query may go unanswered.
